These terms govern use of fluxridgecarry.com. Purchases are also subject to the Terms of Sale, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy. Mandatory legal protections take priority over inconsistent wording.

Operator and store name

Fluxridge Carry is the store name used by FLUXRIDGE ELECTRONICS LLC, a Kentucky limited liability company. It is not a separate legal entity. The company operates the website and is responsible for orders, fulfillment, customer service, returns, refunds, and its own privacy obligations. Proper use

You must have legal capacity to enter the transaction or appropriate authorization to act. Supply accurate order and contact details. Do not impersonate others, misuse payment information, distribute malicious software, interfere with security, or access information without authorization. Protect any account credentials and notify us of suspected misuse.

We may restrict unlawful or abusive activity proportionately. This does not cancel duties for accepted orders, lawful refunds, or mandatory rights. You do not need an account merely to contact us.

Product information and content

Read each listing for materials, measurements, included quantities, compatibility, and care instructions. Screen settings may affect displayed colors, but products must materially match their descriptions. Devices, cables, chargers, and decorative accessories in lifestyle photographs are included only when the listing expressly says so. A general disclaimer does not cure a misleading product claim.

Website content remains subject to the rights of its owner or licensor. You may view and save information for personal shopping use. Commercial reproduction requires appropriate permission. Compatibility information does not imply brand sponsorship or authorization.

Reviews and customer submissions

Only submit material you are entitled to share. Reviews must reflect real experiences. If you submit content for publication, you authorize use for that purpose without transferring ownership. Do not disclose another person's private information. We do not prohibit honest negative reviews or remove them solely because they are unfavorable.

Platform and responsibility

Shopify provides the ecommerce platform. Payment processors and carriers provide their respective services. Their involvement does not remove our obligations as seller. Third party links may have separate terms; using a link does not reduce your rights against us.

Maintenance or technical faults may affect availability. We address issues affecting existing orders appropriately. We do not exclude liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, impose unlimited indemnification for our own conduct, or use technical faults as a blanket reason to withhold refunds.

Complaints law and changes

Kentucky law governs to the extent permitted, without removing mandatory protections applicable to the consumer. These terms impose no mandatory private arbitration, class action waiver, or exclusive foreign court requirement. Competent courts and lawful complaint channels remain available.

Please contact us first so we can seek a direct solution. This preference is not a waiver of rights. We do not claim membership in a mediator or dispute scheme. Revisions apply prospectively from publication and do not retrospectively reduce rights under an existing order.
