Information and sources

We obtain information directly from you through checkout, accounts, correspondence, returns, and submitted reviews. This may include your name, email, billing and delivery address, telephone number where provided, order history, return details, and communications. Provide only information needed for the transaction or request.

Payment providers process payment credentials. We receive transaction status, identifiers, and limited payment details needed for accounting, fraud checks, and refunds. Do not email full card numbers. Our website and providers may collect IP address, device and browser information, session data, cookie identifiers, security logs, and page interactions. Optional collection depends on enabled services and applicable choices.

We receive payment confirmations and delivery updates from providers and technical information from Shopify. We do not request a Social Security number or identity document for an ordinary retail purchase. Do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.

Purposes

We use appropriate information to process purchases and payments, deliver products, communicate about orders, manage returns and refunds, support customers, maintain requested accounts, secure the service, prevent fraud, maintain required records, comply with law, and resolve disputes. Optional analytics and advertising, if enabled, must follow applicable notices and choices. A marketing choice is separate from necessary order messages.

Recipients

We disclose appropriate information to Shopify, payment providers, delivery and fulfillment providers, technical support providers, and professional advisers for their work. A provider's role determines whether it acts on our instructions or independently. Disclosures may also be required by law, needed to protect rights or security, or connected to a business transaction with appropriate safeguards. We do not publish contact information as part of customer reviews.

Advertising and opt out choices

We do not sell customer lists for money. Some advertising disclosures can nevertheless constitute a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under state law if those technologies are enabled. You may request an opt out by emailing support@fluxridgecarry.com with the subject Privacy Choices or by calling our business number. Use available website privacy controls for technologies in use. We honor legally required opt out signals, including Global Privacy Control, for covered processing. Refusing optional advertising does not prevent an ordinary purchase.

Where prior consent is required, optional tracking remains off until valid consent is provided. You can withdraw permission for future processing. An email or telephone request does not replace technical controls or additional request methods required by applicable law.

Retention security and processing locations

We retain information only as reasonably necessary for its purpose and legal obligations. Factors include order and return completion, tax and accounting duties, security, disputes, legal limitation periods, and account status. Information no longer needed is deleted or deidentified. Minimal suppression information may be kept to respect a marketing opt out.

We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No internet service is completely risk free. Providers may process information in the United States and other countries, subject to applicable protections for covered transfers.

Applicable state rights

Depending on residence, the law's applicability, and valid exceptions, rights may include access or knowledge, a portable copy, correction, deletion, opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising, and limits on certain sensitive information uses or specified profiling. We do not unlawfully discriminate for exercising protected rights. We do not claim every state privacy statute applies to this company.

Authorized agents may act with evidence of authority where applicable. We do not require an account or routinely request a full identity document by email.

We respond within the applicable legal period and explain permitted extensions or refusals. For rights governed by the CCPA when applicable, access, correction, and deletion requests generally receive an acknowledgement within 10 business days and a substantive response within 45 calendar days, with notice of a permitted extension. Other laws may impose different or shorter periods, which take priority where applicable.

You may appeal a denial by emailing the subject Privacy Appeal. We review it and provide further complaint options where required. Service hours do not extend legal deadlines. You may contact a competent privacy or consumer authority without first giving up another remedy.

Children marketing and updates

The store is intended for general retail customers, not children under 13. We do not knowingly collect children's information for marketing. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted information so we can review and act appropriately. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe option. Necessary service messages may continue for existing orders.

We update this policy when practices materially change and provide additional notice or choices where required. The date above identifies the current version.
